Our villa is on an ideal location by the sea offering a magnificent view of the Ionian Sea and only minutes away from the town centre. The refreshing green of the forest and the wonderful blue of the sky is the only thing that prevails in this quiet location. Available for large parties up to fifteen guests our villa will cater your every need especially for families that will enjoy the numerous amenities on offer. A housekeeper/maid would be on-premises 24/7 as the villa provides staff quarters. Thus ensuring the daily cleaning and linen changing (free of charge). Also available for weddings and special occasions.

Villa Information

General information

Our villa is located north of the town of Zakynthos in Akrotiri . Akrotiri is an area mainly populated by villas and some small boutique hotels. From the veranda you have a wonderful view of the Ionian sea and you have a great view of Kefalonia island and Kyllini in the Peloponnese. Beneath the villa is a semi-private beach used mainly from locals living in the area. Access is through a staircase starting from the villa and ending directly on to the beach (Guests with mobility issues may find access difficult). The house is a great destination for relaxation or activities during your holidays, depending on your mood. Our guests can decide to relax with a wonderful view of the sea and the sound of the waves or  visit the closest beach of Tsilivi which is a 5 minute drive and provides water sports, shops, restaurants and bars. Day tours to the blue caves and Shipwreck beach can be arranged. Families will find the villa especially  accommodating as it provides all the amenities necessary for a holiday to remember.

Zakynthos has long been regarded as one of the most beautiful Greek islands. It is the southernmost and third largest of the Ionian Islands and is situated 8,5 nautical miles south of Kefalonia and 9,5 nautical miles west of the Peloponnese. Its geographical position ensures easy travel to the other islands and Greece’s mainland. The island has a wealth of history and tradition, as for many centuries it was the crossroads for numerous nations and cultures. The Venetians, who ruled the island in the Middle Ages, named it Flower of the East. Zakynthos is an island full of contrasts and home of the famous Shipwreck beach (Navagio), with its unforgettable turquoise waters and the breathtaking blue caves.A Traveller magazine claims the Shipwreck beach is one of the finest in the world.

How to reach Zante Villa

By air: Frequent flights to Zakynthos International Airport (code: ZTH) either direct (from many European & International Cities during the summer season) or via Athens International Airport (code: ATH). (Flight time: 40 minutes). As an alternative, guests can also fly to Araxos Airport (code: GPA) in the Peloponnese and then use a transfer service to Zakynthos Island via the port of Kyllini. (Drive time: 30 minutes plus 1-hour ferry boat ride)

By car: As an alternative to the flight, guests who arrive in Athens International Airport, can use a limousine/luxury car transfer to Zakynthos. The drive begins in Athens, passes by Corinth (Corinth Canal) and Patra and reaches Kyllini were you have to board the ferry service to reach the island of Zakynthos.(Total drive time: approximately 2,5 hours plus 1-hour ferry ride).

By ferry: One hour journey by ferry with frequent service from Kyllini port. (45 km from the port of Patras which is the main entrance from Italy).
